I went to the staples in Manchester, NH, for a broken computer. I was told that the $69.99 that I put down would be rein bused if I didn't have the computer fixed or it would go towards the repair. The repair well ways to much for a 2 yr old laptop. So I decided to buy a new laptop. When I asked for the $69.99 to goes the new one they told me ""no, that it wasn't refunded if I didn't have the repair. I was very upset about this whole process. I wish they would train their employs better on policy of the store and not give out false info.
