Very good 1/2/2013

Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning installed my heating and air conditioning unit in my house eight or nine years ago. I haven't had any problems since they installed it. The service was very good and I would use them again. more

Good service, no problem. 12/5/2012

Stan's Heating & Air Conditioning installed the air conditioning system in our house about 14 years ago when the house was built. We have a service contract with them. They come in twice a year to check out the system. They also replaced our AC unit at one point. We've never had a problem with them. more

I have my whole AC system and heating inspected twice a year by Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning. They've always been punctual and they check things thoroughly. That's the reason my system is working as well as it is. more

Stan's installed my A/C about 10 years ago, and I immediately signed up for their Gold Service Club. The technitian that came out to my house recently was both polite and professional. I am a 74 year old female and I was having trouble disconnectiong my cable box. He helped me and I really appreciated him taking the extra step. more

I just had Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning come out for a heating check, and we had just had them put in a huge big unit at my church, the Sanctuary at Austin. They worked double shifts to get that done on time, so I decided to have them do a heating check for me and was very pleased with it. more

Had a new hi-efficiency AC installed in May 2010 by a well known company (""they're nice boys"" said mom on TV), and I was extremely happy. Then had three calls from ""service experts"" who bought their business, and who tried to sell me unnecessary things on each trip. Now back with the ""nice boys"" who are now at Stans. Couldn't be happier. Courteous, efficient, honest, punctual. If you want the kind of people everyone wants to deal with, then Stan's is for you. more

We use the Gold Service. On the my recent visit, our Stan's technician noticed that one of our bedrooms has no insulation over it!! It was difficult to see because the HVAC vents were in the way, but the tech searched it out. Thanks for the great catch. more

Stan's has been our AC service provider since we came to Austin. We decided to replace a unit a couple months ago and thought we would get come completive bids. Stan's bid made the most sense and we wanted to continue with them anyway. We were not disappointed. The sales, installation and follow-up were highly professional and pleasantly personal. We're going to stick with Stan's for sure. more

Stan's provided excellent service in the installation of two complete systems. Mine were over 30 years old and it was obvious when they pulled them out of the attics. The sales rep helped complete all the rebate paperwork and explained my options. The men who replaced the systems were very diligent and knowledgable of the installation process. I am very pleased with their work. more

Excellent service 5/19/2012

My experience is exactly like that of DANATX. My units are also 12 years old and James did an excellent job explaining the problems and fixing them both in an hour and a half. Stan's promptly responded to my request for an appointment and James came out the next day and was already waiting for me when I arrived at the house. I have recommended Stan's to my friends and signed for the yearly maintenance program. more

This was the first time I had used Stan's. The technician, James, took the time to explain what he was doing & to answer my questions. He provided the annual maintenance and tune-up and made a couple of suggestions on what I can do on my own to help prolong the life of my 12-year old A/C unit. \r \r Very pleased with the service and wll continue to use Stan's in the future. more

I chose Stan's because I followed Chris and Tom who sold and installed my air co 11 yrs ago. I was not disappointed when the first service rolled around and Brian was the technician. He was polite, courteous and respectful and he did a good job and explained what he did because I was having a problem. I would recommend them because I know who stands behind the name. more

Old Fashioned Service 6/21/2011

I'm a member of their service club and have had excellent service for about 12 years now. A young man by the name of TJ came by to do my annual summer check up. I happened to make a passing remark about my old TV set, and he offered to move it for me. It's one of the big old fashioned kind about 35 inches or so. He took about 20 minutes out of his day to help an old lady out (I know they must be busy this time of year) and then tried his best to refuse the tip I offered. Not only have I been a loyal Stan's customer for all these years, but I will be for years to come. They've never let me down or left me without cold air. more
