Worst

I gotta say, these cupcakes are not special! at $3 and up, they are ALL about the hype. They're good, sure, but so are the red velvet cupcakes from Ralph's. Not worth a long line ...

Not worth it. 8/27/2005

Yes, the cupcakes are moist however they lack a desirable taste that one would want to return for. Their cupcakes are more like ones that are created from a box mix. Any cupcake coming from a supermarket would have been far more delicious and worth the money. $3.25 for a flavorless cupcake is not worth it. Pros: moist, speedy service, nice display Cons: overpriced, flavorless, too small for price more

The cupcakes were moist and delicious, I had the popular red velvet and coconut. It is pretty good cupcakes but quite pricy $3+ each. It must be due to the zip code. They had cute cupcakes for your canine friends as well, but $2.50 is a bit much. They also had these completely unncessary accessories and the coffee was cold. AWESOME! 7/4/2005

I was really nervous that Sprinkles would be disappointing since I had heard so many great things about it. I am excited to report that it was AWESOME! The worst part was making a decision about which one to buy. I made it easy on myself and bought a 4-pack. The peanut butter chip almost knocked me off my feet. If you haven't been there yet, you need to get there fast. Pros: Selection, Cheap eats more

Stay AWAY from the Strawberry Cupcake 7/1/2005

I just had one of their strawberry cupcakes, and it tastes nothing like strawberry. It tastes like a vanilla cupcake with food coloring in it. I was expecting there to be chunks of strawberries, but there were none, you could barely taste the strawberry flavor. It was way too subtle, but to the bakery's credit it was moist. I had my girlfriend try it and she felt the same way, so I know it's not just me. I took a bite of her vanilla and it was much better. I cant speak for the other cupcakes, but the strawberry cupcake was very disappointing, so hopefully they will take some constructive criticism and improve it. I'm not quite sure what all the hype's about. more

Worth Getting Fat!!! 6/29/2005

These cupcakes are unbelievable. They literally melt in your mouth! My favorite are the vanilla and the pumpkin. Who would have thought a cupcake could be this good. They are so addictive. This place is genius! Whoever writes a negative review is definitely a jealous competitor. Pros: YUMMY!, Great Service! Cons: Nothing more

A Sprinkles cupcake is like a little ray of sunshine. Not only are the cupcakes delicious the entire Sprinkles experience is delightful. The staff/owners are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend the red velvet. I only wish they were open on Sundays. more

Overrated 6/25/2005

These cupcakes are a prime example of falling prey to the hype of an overrated food. I went in hoping for something fabulous, but came home highly disappointed. If you gave me the cupcake and have me taste test it blindfolded, i would have told you that it came straight from Ralphs. These cupcakes are not worth even a $1 and i'm not saying this to be nasty or because i'm some surreptitious competitor of theirs. They just aren't that good. Take it from me, you can make better cupcakes from the box cake mixes from the store. more

Off the charts! 6/25/2005

Talk about hitting all the senses, the smells, the look and the tastes in this new bakery are to die for! The cupcakes are so moist and fresh that they absolutely melt in your mouth. My favorite was the black and white, but I will be back to try them all. Pros: inexpensive, good atmosphere more
