Great place,.Awesome owners and employees.Drive alot for a living&after cracking yet another windshield¬ finding anyone in Arlington who could do it before memorial day.A friend on facebook recommended, I give them a call..Was worth the 60 mile drive&I will definitely be back.They had me in and out of there in no time.I have used glass services in alot of states& different cities & they have far exceeded any other glass service, I have previously had.Thank You, All So Much.I will definitely be back! more

Terrific customer service! 7/26/2013

I was highly impressed with there customer service as well as the installer Dave. They filed the claim with my insurance, walked me through the whole process and showed up exactly when they said they would. Dave was friendly professional and he did terrific job replacing my windshield. Will certainly recommend these guys to all my associates! more

Not a good job 4/8/2013

I took my car in to have a 1/4 inch crack in my windshield repaired. The tech messed up on the first try and the repair did not take. He then used a tiny drill to try to remove the resign he used on the first botched attempt. It appears he over drilled. The results, it looks worse than when I brought it in. more

Sportsman Glass did a great job fixing my windshield. I called them late on a Wednesday and they quoted me a very reasonable price and after I shopped around a bit I decided to go with them. Sportsman called me the following morning to verify they were coming and showed up at my office right on time. They were polite, professional and did a great job. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED more

Excellent job!! 12/6/2012

My car was broken into Saturday night. I called several places for some estimates and scheduling. Sportsman Glass came out the best! I checked out their reviews and they were all great. So here's another one! My car is now fixed, took about 2 hours. They were nice and quick and Dave did an excellent job. Thank you! You made my crappy day a lot better..... more

Talk about great, professional service. I needed to replace my passenger side window because some idiot broke into my car last weekend and stole my laptop amongst other things. My insurance agent referred me to Sportsmans but I did call around and check prices. They were the most reasonable priced, they showed up when they said they would and a short hour later, my car was back to normal again. They were professional, friendly and did an excellent job. Thanks again guys! more

Love these guys! 5/2/2012

We had several windows knocked out by the storms that hit Forney last week\r and we were referred to Sportsman Glass by our insurance agent. They came\r right out and boarded everything up until parts could arrive. They were so\r nice and courteous during a time of chaos for everyone. They replaced our\r windows and did a great job. I will definitely use them again and refer them\r to my friends. \r \r \r \r \r more

Very impressed 2/9/2012

Sportsman Glass did a great job on my Nissan. I had a gigantic crack in my windshield and they replaced it in less than 2 hours while I was at work. Linda and Dave were super friendly, showed up on time and filed on my insurance for me. I was very impressed. more

Poor Customer Service 1/23/2012

Grandson broke neighbors window. Called Sportmans since it has been around McKinney since I can remember. Estimate was done on 1/10/12, glass to be replaced on 1/13/12 according to company rep. I paid in full on 1/10/12 to ensure I would not have to be home for them to install. 1/17/12 window is not replaced called company and was told it was being loaded on the truck as we speak and would be installed on 1/18. 1/18 comes and goes no window. 1/24/12 called and ask to speak to a manager or owner of the company. Owner of the company tells me window was defective and had to be sent back, but the window is in and will be replaced today. All I got was an apology for poor customer service. I am thinking if I had not paid for the service in advance someone might have found it important to keep me updated on the status of my order. Remember something as simple as a courtesy phone call to your customer can effect your ratings. Now not only will I not be using your services, but my neighbor who just moved to McKinney will not. more

Loved these guys!! 9/11/2011

These guys are terrific! Last week I was driving home and got hit by a huge rock from out of nowhere. I called around to a few different places and saw that these guys had excellent reviews so I decided to give them a shot. \r \r I was originally going to drop in at 2pm but because of work I didn't make it until 4. Gary, the owner, immediately had my car moved in and they began working on it within minutes. The work was fast, professional, and looked great.\r \r I'll definitely be coming to these guys again for any of my window related needs in the future. Highly recommended! more

They did a great job! 4/29/2011

Our house was trampled by the storms we had and almost every piece of glass was broken. My daughter in law referred us to Sportsman Glass after they did such a great job on her home. The guys that came out were courteous and professional and did a wonderful job. They arrived right on time and charged exactly what they said they would. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating. more

Sportsman Glass was on time, had a reasonable price and the employees were super friendly. My corvette is my baby and I am reluctant to let anyone drive her much less work on her. I will recommend these guys to everyone. more

Sportsman Glass is a Winner! 3/23/2011

If there were 10 stars, I would give them 10 stars. I called them at 5:00 on Thursday and they were at my business at 10 am on Friday ready to fix my broken car window. Dave had to do extensive work on my door just to install the glass. He worked on it for over 90 minutes and when he was done, he cleaned up all the glass for me. \r Most shops typically offer an estimate and then tweak it when there's more work – but they charged me exactly what they said it would cost. Everything about Sportsman is first class.\r \r \r more

Sportsman Glass did a great job 3/22/2011

I called a couple of shops to get quotes and Gary (Manager) gave me a very competitive price on changing out my windshield. They got me in that afternoon and they worked on my car for about a little over an hour. The staff was very nice and the tech was neat and clean and didn?t leave any kind of mess behind. I will go back to Sportsman Glass for any future glass problems. more

Really nice people 3/15/2011

They did a wonderful job replacing my Corvette windshield. They came to my office and replaced the windshield while I worked. They showed up on time, was very friendly and I have recommended them to all my friends. I would recommend Sportsman Glass to anyone who wants a professional job done by really nice people. more

Nice to see great customer service still exists 3/15/2011

Our front car passenger window got smashed, pouring rain outside. Called up Sportsman Glass the next day to get a quote and see if I could it fixed ASAP ... they quoted me $40 less than 2 other shops AND they squeezed me in at 10 am! Linda was very nice on the phone (even when I called to say I'd be late due to the weather and traffic).\r The glass has a lifetime warranty and they did an amazing job! \r Nice to see some people still care about customer service.\r more

Auto Glass Experts - Love Sportsman! 9/22/2009

Saved my day! A huge rock smacked my windshield when i was getting on the freeway right off the back of a construction truck in Addison. They repaired my windshield in a day! I was amazed how prompt and affordable they are. I hope I don't get a huge crack in my windshield again, but I will definitely call Sportsman if I do. Thanks! more

We need more Customer service oriented companies like this one 5/28/2009

I am getting ready to sell my home as soon as the market turns around and have been updating the appearance. I decided to have all of my windows replaced because after 12 years they are beginning to ?fog?. Sportsman came out and replaced all of my windows and I am very impressed with their attitude, customer service and professionalism. It is so hard to find companies these days that really care about the customer and it was evident from speaking with the owner and the installers that they really cared about me and making me happy. They did an excellent job and tock very good care of me. I would recommend Sportsman?s to anyone. more
