Grandson broke neighbors window. Called Sportmans since it has been around McKinney since I can remember. Estimate was done on 1/10/12, glass to be replaced on 1/13/12 according to company rep. I paid in full on 1/10/12 to ensure I would not have to be home for them to install. 1/17/12 window is not replaced called company and was told it was being loaded on the truck as we speak and would be installed on 1/18. 1/18 comes and goes no window. 1/24/12 called and ask to speak to a manager or owner of the company. Owner of the company tells me window was defective and had to be sent back, but the window is in and will be replaced today. All I got was an apology for poor customer service. I am thinking if I had not paid for the service in advance someone might have found it important to keep me updated on the status of my order. Remember something as simple as a courtesy phone call to your customer can effect your ratings. Now not only will I not be using your services, but my neighbor who just moved to McKinney will not. more
