Don't believe the sales agent or the service dept. personnel that they will take care of you. They have been highly trained in finding ways to avoid doing warranty work and especially in finding ways to deny your right under the free tire program. And please, don't wait for service - you will be subjected to long waits in a customer lounge that only has one channel that subjects you to constant Nissan commercials. I love my Nissan car and want to love the dealer that sold it to me, but the dealer has broken it's trust and failed to live up to it's promise to 'take car of you'. more

We bought from the other location in The Auto Mall. It was not good business, no one knew what was going on from day to day, kept giving us the run around. We traded in a car that was not paid off for well over 30 days, they took about 3 weeks to get the financing approved. These problems were all in violation of laws but we did not know it at the time. When we were sold the car we were told that the headlights, that had rock chips in them, would be fixed. When we came back to get them fixed no on knew they were supposed to fix them for us it was a hassle. Then we were told that we could get a set of floor mats. This also became a hassle since the salesman never told anyone. It finally all was taken care of after several weeks and a lot of hassle. If you like the hassle feel free to buy from them but I will never do business there again. more

I have never a nightmare car purchase like I did with Tim Dahle Murray. The sales people and management had no idea what each other were promising. They misrepresent themselves with a 7 day exchange policy. You can exchange the car for a different one (only on their lot) and for full sticker price. I still don't know who the main boss is because they all treated us terribly. Financial mgr hung up on me! At Tim Dahle the customer is never right! Great service guys!!!! I had a limited budget as a student. I chose a car that I felt like I could afford on a student budget. It wasn't the nicest car on the lot, but it was a good car.\r \r The salesman tried to convince me to buy a more expensive vehicle and even when I was signing the papers continued to push me into trying to get a more expensive car.\r \r They did offer decent service other than that, and the plates came quickly.
