My son's car was older and began having clutch problems. I sent him to Sparks to determine if the cost of repair was greater than the car value. They did a thorough inspection, investigated everything, and determined that it had some major transmission problems as well. Sparks explained everything to him in a way that he understood and trusted them. Ultimately the repair cost would have been higher and he decided to not make the repairs and pursue a new car instead. He and I were very pleased with the service. He plans to bring the new car to Sparks -- he trusts them to do good work and provide rock solid advice. Thank you Sparks. more

My visit to Sparks was very positive. Awesome staff that made me feel at home. Air conditioner compressor had stop working a few years ago. I had attempted to have it fixed in the past but was unsuccessful. Thanks to Sparks, they found the problem immediately. Most importantly, I did not feel as if I was overcharged or taken advantage of. Thanks Sparks so grateful to have my air conditioner working again more

While I was there another customer (who spoke very little English) was having trouble understanding the necessary repairs to his vehicle. The staff went well-beyond the customary level of service and found a translator on site who could help out. I was truly impressed, since I have not witnessed that level of commitment to from ANY local businesses in the many years of my residency in Federal Way! The norm that I have mostly seen and heard has been, "if they want to live here, they can just learn to speak our language!" It was a delightful surprise for me to watch this very impressive front office team help the young man to understand his repairs and to solve his problems. It went a long way to restoring my faith in the local small business community! more
