Above and Beyond 1/24/2015

We took my son's Jeep Wrangler to Sparks because it appeared that the battery wasn't holding a charge. They quickly diagnosis the problem to be a faulty multi function turn signal arm. They were able to find the part and the problem was fixed! My son told me later that the problem also fixed his check engine light which had been on for months. A happy son = a happy dad! more

Always impressed with the level of service amd committment to customer service. AND they have a lending library, which I love. VERY patient with my two granddaughters when we had to stay longer than anticipated. With a 7 and 9 year old in a little waiting room you can imagine the difficulty of keeping them quiet and entertained for 3+ hours. Kids were great, Staff was fantastic. THANK YOU more

Gender friendly 11/10/2014

Since I am retired and live alone, I depend on a car repair service to be honest in dealing with someone who knows nothing about the mechanics of a car. I trust Sparks to be honest with their evaluation and not take advantage of this ignorance by suggesting the replacement or repair of auto parts that are not needed. Their practice of free van service is another plus in their favor. more
