Wonderful service, wonderful staff 8/31/2015

Sparks puts the "Care" in "Car Care" I brought my car in for some long overdue service. The staff communicated pricing, gave recommendations based on what I wanted, did the work efficiently and charged a very reasonable price. The courtesy van was a welcome service as well. more

The Sparks staff was welcoming. The reception and service area were exceptionally clean. Service was completed in the time specified. Service and additional info was e-mailed to me later in the day. Impressive to see knowledgeable women in Front Office! more

My mechanic of 20 years retired soo when I aske my friends to recommend a mechanic I expected seceral names to choose from but all 36 replies said Sparks..I see why..they are so friendly and on time and thorough..so happy to be a new client to keep my car running its best. more

Good First Experience 7/11/2015

This was our first time having work done at Sparks Car Care. Overall our experience was very good. At other auto repair places we were told we needed work done, which turned out to be untrue. We appreciate Sparks honesty. more
