I have been a patient at Southside Chriopractic for over fifteen years. Dr. Lee Ann Herfort has treated me for so many things, neck pain, upper back pain, tendonitis, sinus problems, the list goes on. It is amazing how quickly my issues go away after a few treatments! I've been going to Dr Lee Ann for several years now and have always had the best chiropractic care from her. I came to her after having negative experiences at other Chiropractic clinics which left me with very bad back pain. Her chiropractic adjustments are top notch and she cares for her patients like nobody else I have ever seen. The receptionist has always been caring, helpful and always goes out of her way to schedule you for an appointment even during busy times. The billing has always been accurate and organized. The waiting room is small but very nice. I've seen many that are much smaller. The most important thing is the high quality of care I receive from all of the staff. I can't say enough good things about the clinic and would highly recommend them. more

Wow, I was so sad to see this negative review, I have been a patient at Southside Chiropractic for twenty years! Dr. Lee Ann and her staff go above and beyond-they live up to their mission of ""Because we Care"" because they really do! They always get me in no matter what for chiropractic treatment and I feel so great when I leave. Dr Herfort is one of the few chiropractors that still manually manipulates and that is what works to make me feel better and alleviate my pain! They work in a small space but they make it Work...you can't go wrong at Southside for great Chiropractic Care! more

After visiting many chiropractors in my time Dr. Leeann Herfort was by far the ABSOLUTE WORST. She did not give me any straight answers to seemingly simple questions a chiropractor should know. She made me feel very uncomfortable-the lady at the front desk was not very nice, she ssemed very flustered, disorganized, and stressed. The office is the size of a shoe-box and very cluttered-not a very relaxing feeling like you get with most chiro offices. If anything Dr. Leann made my neck worse-she is not good at what she does-she said she got my neck good but I didn't feel a thing happen after she ""adjusted"" it. more

Dr Robyn is an AMAZING chiropractor. She is very gentle and caring and didn't pressure me into coming back a million times. She really has a passion for helping children and pregnant women, but makes sure the whole family is healthy. A healthy family is a happy family!!! Thanks Dr Robyn more
