as really excited about this place, as the staff seemed friendly and caring towards the animals, then it was recommended that one of my dogs get xrays for "possible" pneumonia. So the first xrays they took apparently weren't good enough, the dog moved. Probably they didn't place and restrain her from moving..obviously needed for something as important as xrays, so they did it again. Then found out they could have just prescribed antibiotics anyway, because they can't "prove" that kennel cough or anything else led to pneumonia. So I get slapped with a 300 plus bill for BOTH xrays, the ones they messed up and the ones I apparently didn't really need in the first place. I'm glad they think people just have hundreds laying around for useless services
