love this place...with rewards regular service is practically free and shuttle is great! No need for ride arrangements...one less burden for the busy...

Worst

First and foremost my car was not serviced at sound ford, they took it to Quick Lane without my consent. I was lucky enough to deal with a chauvinistic jerk who lacked the ability...

General service and transmission leak 1/1/2014

Michael was great. Kept me informed during the 2 hour service and a trasmission leak (fix) and offered to mail my paperwork so I could get going on my day as it was incrediby busy. Ever experience from buying to service at Renton Sound Ford has been incredibly service focused and friendly. more

Prompt servicing and very good "in-and-out" timing. I do wish they provided a detailed "servicing report" like I received on previous servicing calls. Otherwise, no problems... more

I brought my car in for an scheduled maintenance service, and it was done quickly! And, I got a car wash! I was very surprised because I had asked in the past and I was told that they were unable to do car washes. That made my day and this time I didn't even had to ask! more
