love this place...with rewards regular service is practically free and shuttle is great! No need for ride arrangements...one less burden for the busy...

Worst

First and foremost my car was not serviced at sound ford, they took it to Quick Lane without my consent. I was lucky enough to deal with a chauvinistic jerk who lacked the ability...

I took my Ford F150 for a tranny service. Randy was excellent taking care of me and got me out of there. Randy is been my service advisory since day one and he does a excellent job. more

Great salesperson, Jake Jefferson 2/10/2014

I drove from North Central Washington because my salesperson, Jake Jefferson promised me a smooth, easy transaction and gave me an excellent deal. When I got there, it was after 9 pm and not only Jake was there to help but the August, the manager and Nabu Thomas stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. Great customer service. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Jake!! more
