love this place...with rewards regular service is practically free and shuttle is great! No need for ride arrangements...one less burden for the busy...

Worst

First and foremost my car was not serviced at sound ford, they took it to Quick Lane without my consent. I was lucky enough to deal with a chauvinistic jerk who lacked the ability...

The service manager got us in on a busy Saturday, and gave us a correct price estimate. We'll be back next week for the required service. She was very helpful. more

Great Service, Took Time to Hear My Concerns 11/20/2013

The team, especially Chuck Furtado and the maintenance engineer took time to hear a concern I had with the truck, test drove it and verified that the vehicle was in good working order. Makes me feel better to be on the road. more

Sound ford takes reservations and has hours that work with almost any schedule. I was in and out smoothly for my scheduled maintenance. One of the service crew gave my son a balloon to play with while we waited. Very nice! more
