Being that this was not my first massage, I was ready for the typical massage. I've had other massages in this area but always would go home to the person who started my getting massages. When I arrived at Soothing Touch , Ray greeted me and made me feel comfortable and at ease. We talked about my problems areas and his proceedures. His massage was very thorough. He focused on my problem areas and made them feel like they were never there. With me having a job that requires standing, I have a lot of joint and back problems. He worked them all out. Well here it is. When you absolutely, positively, have to tell it like it is, and except no substitutes, haha. First, I would like to say that I am a man, (100% I might add), and if you are reading this review as a man, then you will know exactly where I am coming from. I always imagined my first full body Swedish massage, to be given by a woman. You know, like in the 007 James bond movies, ( no offense ladies). I guess this is a man's fantasy. So as you can see, when I let Mr. Williams talk me into receiving a Swedish massage from him, who I might add is a "professional" and "licensed masseuse," I was very apprehensive. You know, the whole being touched and rubbed on by another man thing. So, I swallowed my pride, forgot about the 007 fantasy, and scheduled an appointment. Then came the moment of truth, me laying on a massage table, in my boxers, and under massage cloth sheets. Man the muscles in my body were so tense, you would have thought I was posing in one of those muscle man competitions. Once Mr. Williams began the massage procedure, I forgot about all of those ignorant and silly male myths. I became so relaxed after feeling Mr. Williams Soothing Touch, that I fell asleep. I had been under a lot of stress at work from my butt hole supervisor, stress at home, and the financial joke of the current economy. My mind was clouded with a million thoughts, and my body just felt weighted down and heavy. After the 1 hour Swedish Massage session was finished, my body felt light as a feather and for once, there was a feeling of clarity in my mind. That massage session felt so good, that I almost asked for another massage session. My final review of Mr. Williams massage therapy? Professionalism, Courtesy, Expertise of the human body, and a Soothing Touch. So for all the men out there that have had doubts about being massaged by a man, but body is in desperate need of a repair job. Loose the silly "pride," and go see Mr. Williams. Hello, my name is Tammy. My first experiece was a surprize. I must say I was scared to death, but the longer I layed there the more at ease i became.Mr. Williams is a blessing. Soothing Touch Massage Therapy is just what it is, the touch, the massage you experiece will keep you coming back over and over again. Mr. Williams is not only your massage therapist, hes a friend. I'll never for get (I think he saw the fear in my face) he do a interveiw, before the study start. I have problem with my left foot, when he finished the massage the foot no longer hurt the swallon was down, not one time did he say you working too much, nor your too heavy for your legs. He just worked hard from the begaining to the end, thats what make him diffrent, from the rest. Yes, I did say this is was my first, it is , but I've been around alot of other ladys, that had a massage, and heard of some good and some bad. I hope you"ll enjoy, the way I have. May God Blees! TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!! It was my first massage I have a very stressful job, my Mother is already a client and have witnessed my stress level at work many times, she has also encourage me to get a massage I should have gone long before I did, especially since she was paying I might add. Last week I woke up with a pain in my left shoulder that brought tears to my eyes when I lifted the arm. I called for that appointment that fit my schedule perfectly. The pain is gone and I look so forward to the next massage. I told my girlfriend how much I enjoyed it and how relaxed I am she's going tomorrow. I have to say that my experience with Soothing Touch Massage was one to remember. The atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable. Mr. Williams was very organized and didn't waste time fretting. He was very professional; in fact Mr. Williams talked to me during the massage to make sure that I was comfortable. I was referred to him by a friend of mine. I recently had knee surgery and was out of whack for a while. Mr. Williams spoke to me in reference to getting a massage to assist with the healing process.
