I had my procedure in February, 2016, but still waiting to see the final results? So I am not rating my doctor until my six months follow up. (after the final results) One thing I can speak for sure now in regards to my experience with Sonobello is their customer service. It is an awesome feeling when you walk into a place and you find someone with a smile, someone that makes you feel welcomed. This is the experience that I always get when I visit the center and meet with Kayla in the front desk...this girl provides exceptional customer service, Kayla is an asset to this center. Many businesses fail to realize just how important good customer service is for the overall health of the business. This can be a huge mistake, since good customer service isn't just important its absolutely vital. Thank you for an exceptional service Kayla.
