I have been going to the Sonobello office for sometime in Woburn. I have met a few great people. The one person that truly stands out is Kayla Scott who works the front desk. I drive far to get to the office as I live on the Cape. I have changed my appointments numerous times at the last minute due to work or summer traffic and Kayla has been nothing but kind and accommodating to me. Most places get angry when you keep changing your schedule but she always helps me out with a smile and a kind reassurance that she will do what she needs to help me out. I am a therapist and think I know people well and she is quite sincere. I want to thank Ms. Scott for being a great part of the Sonobello experience.
