BUYER BEWARE, or just run now. Honestly, I would give a zero and wish I would have read the reviews before I took my girlfriend's brand new impreza here for tinting. I made an appointment for 11 am and was there on time. I was told 2-4 hours and it would be done. I was even shopping around for a sound system and tinting for my car. At 230 they called my girlfriend to tell her that they hadnt even brought her car into the shop to start! I called and asked what the problem was. Supposedly they pushed her car back because they had got behind working on something else (they supposedly start at 8, so not much should have been before her car which was scheduled at 11) I had to have my friend pick me up so I didnt just sit there waiting for the car. I had him drive me back at 6 (7 hours after i dropped the car off) and I asked if I could pick up her car. (At this point I had not been contacted for any updates of the progress) I was informed that the tint had been cut but nothing had been put on the car! After 7 hours! After I was told that, I would be taken care of and that my car was being scheduled to be in the shop at 8 in the morning, right when they opened. I called at 10 and was told that they were only half way done! I called again at 12 (again, no calls from them with an update) and they had just finished. I was not able to get to the shop until 6 and when I got there I went to the car to look at the tint...EVERY SINGLE WINDOW either had a large bubble or wrinkle. I was rather upset at this point and had a manager come out with me to show him. I was told that it was going in the shop now to be fixed. I asked him to call when it was ready becuase we were going to get something to eat. I called 30 min later and was told ""oh yeah, its done"" We came back to get the car and when another rep came out to show us that everything was better he opened the car door and there was a mark/smear on the cream color passanger seat! We are now looking to get the car cleaned and the tinting fixed. I hope you will look somewhere else that will do quality work to get your car worked on.
