Snell Plumbing & Heating Co

I haven't used any other plumbing/heating service for sake of comparison, but my experience with Snell has been great so far. I've had them do simple jobs, like fixing a leaky bathtub faucet, and I've had them do complex jobs, like installing a new heating system. Everything they've done has turned out well, and their prices seem very fair. more

I called with a potential emergency--no hot water for the tenants at a building I am managing. He came out within 15 minutes, identified the problem--it was a faucet that will need replacing. He made an immediate adjustment and no more problem. We'll have him back to make the full repair. He was great to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of the situation. He refused to bill me. He'll wait for us to call for the permanent fix. He gets all my calls for plumbing work. more

Great service for a pretty reasonable price. I called them for an emergency (kitchen spilling out water everywhere--Friday nigh, my son's Spring Break coming home evening) and then back for misc stuff around and under the house. I was happy with the fact that they never tried to overcharge or rip me off, they were neat and tidy and they were willing to accommodate my emergency situation and agreed to come for the other stuff during the regular work week. I was taking care of my siblings and hadn't noticed that they had taken an awfully long time in the bathroom :P They had been stuffing various things in the toilet. Some flushable...most were not. I didn't want my parents to find out because then i would get into trouble, so i remember a friend of mine had recommended a plumber who was really good with what he did and nice about it all. So i looked for his number and called. He came that same day and took care of the problem in no time :) i really like how considerate he was about the whole situation. more

A week ago I had a water heater installed by Snell. In my opinion he is a 5 star plumber. I am an old retired person and a senior citizen. Whatever you guys are doing, you are doing it right. the Tech was Mr. Polite. He explained the contract to me and took his time to make sure I understood everything I was signing. I felt very comfortble. You don’t see young people these days caring so much about us seniors. Besides being so helpful and courteous he did a hell of a job with my water heater. It was raining pretty hard and he had to work in pretty tight quarters. The space was so limited that he couldn’t drain the water heater and had to take it down two steps full of water. The water heater looked beautiful when He finished. He wiped down everything and cleaned up the area and left everything in perfect order. People are so quick to criticize and often times don’t take the time to let a company know when someone has done a great job. I felt I had to say something because I was so impressed. I look forward to using Snell Plumbing heating and a/c in the future and will tell my friends what a great job they did for me. Whatever you are doing keep doing it, you are doing a great job. more

We used him last year to fix a leaky toilet. He was very polite and professional, and compared to some of the plumbers I've used in the past, very reasonable. To fix the leak, he actually removed the entire toilet, which is no easy feat. He replaced both the wax seal and the mounting screws, and then reinstalled the toilet. He was very careful to clean up the entire time. Now the toilet no longer leaks, and it is rock solid. He didn't take too much time at all. I'll definitely use him again for small plumbing jobs around the house. more

I was happy he showed up here on time and when he said he would be.He was knowledgeable and instead of replacing the whole ac system he fixed the problem also he did a check to make sure is was working the way it was supposed to before he left. He was so polite, and courteous it was refreshing! reasonable rate as well...I am very satisfied I would call them again for service or repairs. more
