Smarter Sprinklers & Drain

I need to say something nice about the company that did my sprinkler system.I had the front yard done a few years back, and in June added the back yard. They offer insurance/not pricey, and so far, have certainly held up to the request to be here within 2 days, if there is a problem, when yard guys hit a line (a yr ago), and recently, Bear ate a pop up piece, they come out and are ever so nice about repair and doing what is needed w no additional fees! They have had to come about 6x in 4 years... always very cooperative! CBS sprinklers, on Louetta. Appreciate and sharing a good word of mouth recommendation. Posted on FB 2/12/14. Smarter Sprinklers is part of CBS (Clearly Bad Service) and they gouge their customers with atricious fees! Run away from Expenisve Sprinklers as fast as you can! The fees they quoted me were more expensive than most attorneys--and just for repairing a plastic pipe! more

Thank you for the excellent service! Yesterday was the second time I've called Smarter Sprinklers out to repair our system in the past 3 or 4 years. They showed up within minutes of when they said they would and repaired a valve and adjusted a few heads. Their charges were very reasonable. And not having to deal with the hassle that I've experienced with some of the other contractors I've used makes me really appreciate them. Thank you Smarter Sprinklers for doing what you say! more

We built our home and have worked with many contractors over about a year and a half. Smarter Sprinklers is by far the most friendly and professional company that we have seen. While it may seem minor, they showed up when they said, they did what they said, and they even followed-up to make sure we were happy. Believe me, this is unique for contractors! The reason I decided to log on and give this review is because of their incredible warranty and follow-through on it. About a year ago they completed our job. While finishing construction on our neighbor's home a few weeks ago, some new lines were routed through my property and completely destroyed parts of my sprinkler. I called Smarter Sprinklers and they immediately sent a technician out and repaired everything! And did not charge me anything! Again, I can say that no one that worked on my home would have or has stood behind thier products like these guys. A great company in my books. more

I had a 6 zone system that CBS installed in my yard. They completed the entire system in one day and when they left you could hardly tell they had dug in my yard. I recommend them to anyone wanting a Sprinkler System Pros: Could hardly tell they dug in my yard more

I called these guys over 5 years ago from a referral just for my sprinker system. Since then they have built my entire backyard paradise....twice! 100% the reason why my last house sold within 24 hours of listing. Now we're in our new home with a perfect center view of a lake that barely gets noticed because of how beautiful our backyard is. Thanks guys! more

One of the most difficult companies to work with! The company's workers left chicken bones in my yard which my dogs nearly ate. They backed up dirt and rubber cement into my drinking lines. After fixing some of the initial problems, I needed them to come out and put in sprinklers where my grass was not getting watered, and it took them 2 months to take care of the problem. By that time my flowers and grass were already dead. Don't believe their warranty or their boasts about customer service. I even had Wade's, the owner, cell phone number and could never get anything done. Stay Away! Cons: painfully long turn around for repairs or service more

Reliable. Works well with customer. Easily resolves issues. Busy, so plan ahead. Same firm as College Bound Students. more
