We built our home and have worked with many contractors over about a year and a half. Smarter Sprinklers is by far the most friendly and professional company that we have seen. While it may seem minor, they showed up when they said, they did what they said, and they even followed-up to make sure we were happy. Believe me, this is unique for contractors! The reason I decided to log on and give this review is because of their incredible warranty and follow-through on it. About a year ago they completed our job. While finishing construction on our neighbor's home a few weeks ago, some new lines were routed through my property and completely destroyed parts of my sprinkler. I called Smarter Sprinklers and they immediately sent a technician out and repaired everything! And did not charge me anything! Again, I can say that no one that worked on my home would have or has stood behind thier products like these guys. A great company in my books.
