Buyer Beware! Major disappointment! We have similar experiences as the other reviews listed here. We were assured that they would have our pool finished in approximately 12-16 weeks. we are now over a Year, and the summer has now come and gone. Not only is our pool not finished but the workmanship is horrible. We paid for an upgrade travertine deck, and we received the lowest quality marble which is riddled with imperfections. They laid chipped and broken tiles, crooked grout lines, and even worse it isn't pitched right, so when it rains water collects and pools outside our home! This is NOT the quality travertine they showed us when we visited the showroom, so we feel totally misrepresented! Then the inside finish of the pool is even more unacceptable. The surface is splotchy everywhere, rough, and bumpy. It looks extremely amateur and feels terrible. \r
We were told a foreman or the owner would be present when the work is being done, but that has not been the case. The workers show up , do their thing and leave. Then we come home from work and discover for ourselves \r

Help, but its the owner who makes the final decisions, so ultimately their hands are tied. Since we've been in contract with them they've had 3 different customer service reps we've had to deal with. One leaves and the next day you're dealing with someone new. \r
We still don't know when our pool will be finished or how much of this the owner Bruce Davis will tend to. So far he refuses to replace our travertine with unbroken , un chipped higher quality travertine, and we are fighting to have this corrected. He is not very polite, and acts like he's annoyed with us. He SHOULD be annoyed with the men he's hired who do such poor workmanship. All we expected is a nice looking pool finished in a timely manner. We paid top dollar and we paid on time in full 2 months ago! This has been extremely stressful, disappointing, and we unfortunately have very little confidence that Skyler Pools will complete this project with good looking workmanship. \r
We are fair people and regret having to resort to negative reviews, but we feel we have run out of options. If Skyler pools corrects our concerns, we WILL update our review \r
