Short & Sweet 2/19/2010

I was impressed with the individual who was answering the phone and fielding clients requests regarding payment/service/appointment. She was incredibly positive. If the clients request could not be met for some reason, she would offer an alternative solution which met the callers/clients needs. Everyone walked away happy. Isn't that what we all want? more

Everything was great, thank you. My massage therapist went above and beyond what I was expecting. She was very personable and really was concerned and involved in what I was looking to achieve from my massage. I would most definitely and will come back to see her again for another massage. more

Laser Hair Removal 2/13/2010

I tried laser hair removal a few years ago, it was VERY painful and I did not see a great improvement after two treatments. This time, it was not nearly as painful - no numbing medication is needed and I saw results after my first treatment, very happy with this place! more

I've purchased two packages of services from Skinspirit. I was pleased with the first, but will not return to complete the second. Poor staff communication and too much drama between staff members ( I don't know why someone told you you could have these services together - the people who answer the phones don't know anything" I was told). it does the opposite of building confidence. The quality service is unreliable for a place whose fees are so high. more
