Jenn (from the Walnut Creek office) was very informative and gave me an amazing facial and peel. Annie who gave me botox was hillarious and made the experience pleasant even though I was getting needles stuck in my face. more

Treated Like A VIP 9/12/2010

I went to the "pre-opening" of the new Strawberry Spa, hosted at Champange Spa in Tiburon. I needed some touch-up work performed by Lisa Szady. I was greeted by Sheila as soon as I walked in and asked to fill out a detailed medical questionnaire. I did not mind this one bit, as it assured me I would not have a medical complication! Once inside the treatment room with Lisa, I did not feel rushed. Rather, Lisa asked pertinent questions that indicated to me she wanted to provide the very best results. I really appreciate Lisa's professional yet warm, personal approach. Best of all, I got EXACTLY the results I wanted. I can't wait for the November opening! more

Lyn Bartels is wonderful. She took her time and explained everything she was going to do. Lyn even made extra time to do some touch-ups that weren't planned in my original appointment but I decided to do while I was seeing her. more

Lynn Bartel has been nothing but amazing. I have been seeing her for the last year and I have been more than satisfied with her work. I have struggled with acne breakouts since my teens and after years of seeing all types of doctors and trying all drugs she was able to help me find a treatment that worked! She knows so much about the skin and what she does and I would not trust anyone but her! The manager and front desk are more than accommodating and make your experience pleasurable even in the waiting room. I have also seen Cheryl for facials. She is amazing and creates facials based on each patient. Love you guys! more
