Laser Hair Removal 11/4/2010

My appointment was for the 9th visit for laser hair removal. My previous appointments were with Michelle Gonzales but this time they scheduled me with the other Michelle in the office. I was not aware that there was a second Michelle. Would have been helpful if the person scheduling appointments could have made this known to me. more

A slice of Heaven 11/4/2010

As I step through the double glass doors the soothing ambiance envelopes me! A friendly staff member is always there to greet me by name. After sipping a relaxing cup of tea Lynn appears in the waiting room to personally greet me with a warm smile. Every time that I leave skin spirit I feel more beautiful and confident than ever! I've received veloshape and endermolgie treatments from Mercedes Tracy. I can't say enough wonderful things about Mercedes. Veloshape, in particular, requires precision, technique and knowledge of underlying skin tissue and structure. Mercedes is an expert! Aside from being extremely skilled, she's caring and has a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and skin care. I've learned how to better take care of myself with her advice! Everyone at the spa is super friendly and helpful as well! more

service was fine, but i think the advertising of "deals" is not truthful, and a bit sneaky. AFTER recieving a service, it was explained to me that the "half off" deal I was getting was not in fact that. Very disappointing. more

EXCELLENT Customer Service 10/24/2010

I am now a regular at Skin Spirit. Jen does my facials, microdermabrassion and peels, and Lynn (the AMAZING Lynn) does a little of this and a little of that. The mix of professionalism and genuine cusstomer care are a rare mix. It is clear you are having a 1st rate service, but you don't feel "fussed over" as a venere for quality. The quality speaks for itself and they quietly let you, the customer, decide whether you have had a great experience or not. In short, they assume, and treat you like, an intelligent woman who understands the difference between "fussing" and service. more
