Professional! 5/26/2007

A couple of years ago I had 10 sessions for hair removal on my legs at another company. I saw little to no improvement. I?m on my 3rd session with the Laser Skin Center Medical Spa and I already see an improvement. This is the most professional laser spa in the city. I can?t recommend Laser Skin Center enough. more

Definitely worth it 5/25/2007

I?ve been to several companies for laser hair removal for my bikini line. All I can say is that I am by far the happiest with the Laser Skin Center. The staff is very friendly, the office is clean and the service is good. I can highly recommend them! more

Professional, IMMACULATE CLEANLINESS, and relatively painless. 4/30/2007

The facility is amazing! The staff were professional and very knowledgeable. Most importantly- they use the finest equipment you will find in the city. The investment made in equipment and training must have been very high. It shows in the end result! I am hair-free on my back. Pros: Well-educated pros. Cons: None! it was a great experience. more

Excellent Facility 3/19/2007

I am currently going for laser hair removal. I was very pleased with my consultation and there was NO sales pressure to get additional areas done. My technician was/is great and I was as comfortable as I could be having a laser when you normally wouldn't want one. Very clean and professional and I would recommend any of my closest friends to this place! Pros: Clean, friendly, comfortable Cons: Only on street parking, but if you live in the city...no prob! more

I have rosacea and have been elsewhere down the street to remove some apparent veins and since my bad experience have been very skeptical in trusting someone else. My face kept getting more red so I had to do something. I read great things on City Search about this place so I scheduled an appointment. Dr. Krausser explained everything to me before anything was done and it was nice to have a Dr. detail what he could do and how long it would take to see results, discomfort levels, EVERYTHING for about 1/2 hour. He didn't miss anything where as the other place I went wasn't thorough and I was in and out in 10 minutes and dropped a lot of money for no results. I have had one photofacial treatment and have seen results already. The atmosphere is welcoming and the people are extremely friendly and professional. Although there is some discomfort during the process, I'm looking forward to my future appointments and seeing more results from the treatment. Pros: A Dr. treats you, very nice people, I've seen results! Cons: NOTHING!! more

A life changing experience.... 2/19/2006

I went into the process with some skepticism, but after my first consultation, I knew this was the place for me. The staff is very warm and inviting, including the doctors who make you feel 110% at ease with the experience. I had a laser procedure done on my face and cleared up my problem. It was truly a wonderful, life changing experience. I owe them all of my gratitude and cannot be anything but thankful for the effort and attention in addressing my issues. Any place in Boston, this is the place you need to go. The price is outstanding, lowest available and the service and technology used is top of the line. A truly amazing experience. Thanks Dr. K!!!! Who needs Manhattan, Miamai or L.A.??? 8/22/2005

I have had esthetic medical procedures in NYC, LA and Miami over the years, yet being from Boston I never thought that this type of facility existed here. I saw both Dr. Seigel for Botox and to get my lips plumped and Dr. Krausser to get a few little veins on my nose zapped- I'm telling you both these guys are fantastic- so down to earth, yet extremely professional at the same time. They're both definitely a ""12"" on a 1-10 scale. Also, I didn't have laser hair treatment, but my friend says its ""THE BEST""!
