Worst

You can find my criticism of this medical spa on google maps, along with many other negative reviews. The review below is fraudulent, as ""rage"" is certainly not an accurate desc...

BE CAREFUL IF YOU WANT HAIR REMOVAL! 1/17/2011

They only sell packages. And for laser treatment this is a trap!! you can never know how many times you have to go and buying something you don't need is not what you want to do. Unless you are very lucky you will end up paying MUCH more than you should. I had my legs completed in 2 treatments!\r \r Also, the staff is very rude. They are overpriced and brag about themselves. I have been to different centers, and know different places, but this is not someplace that I would recommend. more

Amazing 5/2/2010

The atmosphere at the spa is always very relaxing and welcoming and it is a pleasure to have worked and talked to each and every individual there.I went to the Laser Skin Center for laser treatments on my back with very good results that I am happy with. Renee, the wonderful woman and friend who took me through my sessions was not only professional and perfect at her job, but was also a great person to talk to for a one-hour long session.If you decide to get laser treatments done there , I would recommend asking for Renee. Also, their public relations, Ms. Cindy Catino is great at explaining everything about the procedures in depth and is very patient with any questions you may have. Also a very sweet and understanding woman. I have no negative comments to make and I am all in all very happy i chose The Laser Skin Center to help me with unwanted hair. Quick and now i dont have to worry about it 3/23/2010

I am happy to report that the laser skin center medical spa did a great job of relaxing my nerves (it was my first laser hair removal). They also did a great job at removing the hair and i am excited to not have to worry about waxing or shave. A++ in my book! Pros: Fast and now no more weekly reminder needed! more

Simply Amazing!! 1/8/2010

I have had a bad experience with laser hair removal before, which scarred my skin, and was apprehensive about trying it again, but thankfully I found the Laser Skin Center. Their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable in their field and makes your entire experience their pleasant. I usually see Renee, she's wonderful, patient and so friendly. My results with laser hair removal have been absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the market for Hair removal. You can't go wrong by choosing The Laser Skin Center! The end result speaks volumes. Pros: Friendly, helpful, Experienced, and Knowledgeable more

I just got “Skin Rejuvenation Photo facial"" last week! My boyfriend always made fun of my pores problem all the time. However after I contacted laser skin center and started of my treatment, my large pores are removed!! This place really helped me to find my confidence back and I recommend this laser skin center to everyone! more

Laser skin save my life 12/4/2009

I am so happy that I found this spot couple months ago. I spent so much money on wax once a week, and that is useless. My hair grows so fast, and wax is difficult to remove my hair. However after I go to the laser skin center, I have the best experience ever. Now my hair is completely removed. Thanks Laser Skin Center, You guys are the BEST. \r \r more

Love this Place 11/19/2009

I went to a lot of place for hair removal, however I believe the Laser Skin Center is the best in Boston. The service is perfect; people who work there really treat their customer like family. The facilities are all new and clean, unlike other places are somehow murky, and dusty. Highly recommend for someone who needs help for hair removal problem. Best Laser center in Boston more

Well I have being a loyal patient for Dr. Krauser for almost three years and I never have reschedule issue with him. He is really friendly and he cares a lot for his patients. He is the best doctor ever, He treats his patient like family. more

just Love it 11/13/2009

This place just provides everything I need. First of all their spa facial is amazing. After the treatment my skin is so soft, and suddenly I thought I am 18 again. Their laser hair removal treatment is the best, no painful feeling ( unlike wax), and fast. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere was peaceful. Highly recommended it! more

Is he really a doctor? 11/2/2009

Don't bother seeing ""Dr. K"" for any treatments. He is never available and the girls that work there are always making excuses for him. I don't even think he is an MD. Pros: Girls that work there are nice Cons: Doctor never available, waste of time more

Wow!!!!! 4/2/2009

My sister and I decided to come here and try their copper facial. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. The whole place was very clean and neat looking. My sis got called in, and then I was called shortly after. The facial was very relaxing, the room not too cramped and nothing was rushed. And wooooow at the results!!! The facial did an awesome job. It looked like I got 20 hours of sleep and woke up glowing!! We?re planning on coming back here again before the family vacay to get another face pick-me-up Pros: Everyone there was super friendly Cons: Umm... none? =) more

Clean, Friendly, Effective! 1/2/2009

The girls here are incredibly helpful and friendly. Convenient to the T green line. I've had great results even after one laser hair removal treatment! After just one underarm treatment I hardly have to shave anymore-no more ingrowns for me! Of course I will continue for the recommended amount of treatments. I started with just one area but now I am having three areas done. It is ADDICTIVE. Make an appointment! more

My wife recommended me the Laser Skin Center to remove the unattractive hair of my back. Some sessions later I assure you that I look and feel better. Now I know that I should have done it before but anyway, my wife and I are happy and that's it. more
