I have rosacea and have been elsewhere down the street to remove some apparent veins and since my bad experience have been very skeptical in trusting someone else. My face kept getting more red so I had to do something. I read great things on City Search about this place so I scheduled an appointment. Dr. Krausser explained everything to me before anything was done and it was nice to have a Dr. detail what he could do and how long it would take to see results, discomfort levels, EVERYTHING for about 1/2 hour. He didn't miss anything where as the other place I went wasn't thorough and I was in and out in 10 minutes and dropped a lot of money for no results. I have had one photofacial treatment and have seen results already. The atmosphere is welcoming and the people are extremely friendly and professional. Although there is some discomfort during the process, I'm looking forward to my future appointments and seeing more results from the treatment.
Pros: A Dr. treats you, very nice people, I've seen results!
Cons: NOTHING!!
