Staff is always friendly and courteous. Pain takes a backseat to freindly conversation and comfort. Thank you ladies...always a pleasure!

had asked for a full body massage to be scheduled but was scheduled for an herbal wrap. also want to verify that I was being set up for a membership instead of series. but service...

Great service 3/7/2011

The service is always wonderful but some of the other things need a little work. The robes are dingy and look as though they haven't been washed. They aren't crisp and clean like they should be.They really need to be replaced. Also, the toilet paper is cheap and thin. Yuck. You need to put some money back in to these things at the spa. I know that you encourage your employees to sell products as part of their service but I find it very annoying. If I ask for product advice that is one thing but leave the sales stuff out of the spa. It is really annoying and takes away from the relaxing experience. I won't go certain people on your staff, because of the sales pitch. Their abilities are wonderful but what a way to ruin a very relaxing massage to have to deal with someone trying to sell me something. It's very annoying. more

Great Facial 3/6/2011

Enjoyable, relaxing experience and Angie was able to understand my skin issues and made some good recommendations. Also- the last facial i had my skin was a mess for days- not so this time! Totally calm and looks great. more

Affordable waxing services 3/5/2011

At first, I was a little skeptical before visiting Skin Sense for waxing, because their waxing prices in particular seem to be quite lower than other spas. I've been going to Skin Sense for a year, and every technician I've seen is very good. I always schedule my appointments online, and that way, I earn points/cash towards the services. I can usually even schedule an appointment the day of my visit. Overall, I highly recommend Skin Sense. more

I have been to several spas in NY as well as Raleigh. Skin Sense is by fat one of the friendliest, most relaxing spa ever. Very comforting and worth every penny! more

Lounge area was nice and peaceful. The Ginger massage was great! Locker rooms could use some improvement. In my opinion the steam room needed cleaning. Very nice staff though. more

Disappointed this time 2/28/2011

Skin Sense is a great spa and a great place for a massage, but this last massage was just subpar. Maybe I just got unlucky. I would still highly recommend this place. Their hot tea in the relaxation room is really good! more

Relaxing and invigorating 2/28/2011

This was my first visit to Skin Sense and it was a restful and relaxing experience. My massage worked out my kinks while relaxing all my muscles. The relaxation lounge was a nice added touch. more

wanted a relaxing aromatherapy massage and didn;t get it - i agree i did say if you find a spot you can work through it - and i did say after a couple of spots that needed extra care i will come back after my trip i just wanted to relax and destress...i ended up not relaxing and dont remember ever getting the aromatherapy except for the eye pillow that was only on for 5 minutes..... i was leaving on a business trip and have been sore in the problem areas now for two days.....all i wanted was a relaxing, quiet massage after getting an awesome body wrap. more
