Staff is always friendly and courteous. Pain takes a backseat to freindly conversation and comfort. Thank you ladies...always a pleasure!

had asked for a full body massage to be scheduled but was scheduled for an herbal wrap. also want to verify that I was being set up for a membership instead of series. but service...

EXCELLENT! 3/20/2011

I had had a bad experience there a few years ago (VERY cold room during massage), but Friday's experience totally redeemed it! Great pedicure, very relaxing, and they reminded me to use my points, which was a great surprise, and won a prize on the March prize wheel. Came out very relaxed and happy! more

amazing place with a relaxing enviroment 3/15/2011

Best place to go to relax. When you first walk in a receptionist walks you to the back to show you the lockers showers and ever luxurious sauna. When you are done you go into a relaxing and dim waiting room complete with comfortable temperatures calming music soft chairs and the choice of lemon water or warm Russian tea. I have tried many treatments there and have never been dissatisfied. I recommend the peppermint patty massage of all things. Avery is a great massage therapist if you have very achy muscles or are someone who works out a lot more

Every time that I have visited the North Raleigh Skin Sense location, I have encountered nothing but quality customer service. The massage therapists are truly talented and listen to your requests concerning areas in which you would like to focus on during the massage. The staff and facility are truly top-notch!! more

Fantastic massage 3/14/2011

I was there recently for a deep tissue massage and I was extremely satisfied. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and most of all, effective. I left feeling completely relaxed. On a side note, I truly respect an establishment that actually sees you at the time your appointment was for (seems rare these days). Its worth your time and money to use Skin Sense for your massage needs. more

Not my best, but still nice. 3/13/2011

First they got me confused and put ne in a room with a guy thinking we were a couple. My massage was really good, but the masseuse talked alot. And no one told me to drink lots of water the rest of the day and my legs were swollen that night. more

Quiet room was nice and relaxing but therapists came in disturbing and talking loud when retrieving clients. Massage was great. Womens dressing room was too hot and not very spacious. Everyone was friendly and helpful. more

Skin Sense has the best spa in Raleigh! You can relax in the steam room or sauna before and after treatments. The staff is very nice and I havent had a bad service in the 3 + years I have been going there. Highly reccomend going to Skin Sense. more

Fabulous 3/7/2011

This is an observation that I have noticed the past few times that I have visited Skin Sense and that is you need an area where new clients can have a place to complete their paperwork. There is no room in Ladies Locker Room and it is too dim to complete in Relaxation Room. I personally do not enjoy trying to get my robe on, etc. and I have people all around me. more

I had a great experience. The girls at the front desk are always so sweet and accomodating. I would love to see the place updated. The showers need to be re-grouted, and the floors in the treatment rooms too. I would like to see it more modern and serene. more

Aromassage- 50 minutes 3/7/2011

Great massage, but the spa needs some upkeep. It's not as beautiful and calming as it was a year ago. They need to fix the water sculpture, which stands in the hallway like an ugly metal coat hanger. The fireplace in the "relaxing" room was not working a covered with a black cloth. It was freezing in there and I couoldn't wait to down the wonderful tea and get dressed. more
