Review content:
The service is always wonderful but some of the other things need a little work. The robes are dingy and look as though they haven't been washed. They aren't crisp and clean like they should be.They really need to be replaced. Also, the toilet paper is cheap and thin. Yuck. You need to put some money back in to these things at the spa. I know that you encourage your employees to sell products as part of their service but I find it very annoying. If I ask for product advice that is one thing but leave the sales stuff out of the spa. It is really annoying and takes away from the relaxing experience. I won't go certain people on your staff, because of the sales pitch. Their abilities are wonderful but what a way to ruin a very relaxing massage to have to deal with someone trying to sell me something. It's very annoying.
