Simi Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge

We became interested in buying a Dodge Ram 2500 about 2 months ago. We searched on-line at various dealerships for the exact vehicle we wanted and my husband actually visited Simi Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge twice to talk to them regarding our needs. Matt, our salesman and his sales manager Mac worked very hard to find us the exact truck we were looking for and last Monday we drove away with the truck we wanted. They were able to beat our financing rate of interest we had been preapproved for with our bank, were fair with us on our trade-in and the price of the new truck. The entire staff that night could not have been nicer and we felt great after making this deal driving home. I was recently serviced by Simi Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I have never had our 2007 Jeep Commander serviced by anyone other than Jeep. When I was informed the vehicle was missing the clips to the air filter box, I told the service assistant that Simi Jeep was the last entity to service the vehicle air filter. His response was each clip cost only $3. I don't care if the cost is $.50 each, it is the principle at issue. Not exactly the the correct customer service response. In addition, I asked to be informed of the mileage of the vehicle upon the last tire purchase, which was from Simi Jeep. I was never informed. In my opinion the service department is substantially lacking customer service.\r \r On the other hand, I recently attempted to purchase a part for my son's 1997 Jeep Cherokee and was extremely satisfied with the service in the parts department, but Not with Jeep/Chrysler Parts Department. Even though the part had been discontinued, the person assisting me was more than accommodating in his attempt to direct me to a different place of purchase. Unfortunately, the part is no longer available anywhere. I've been a Jeep fan for many years. I have owned 4 total and currently have 3 of those 4 in possession. I think my Jeep days are over. I am to busy to shop for parts and do not have the patients for inadequate service. more

I had my oil changed on Monday, in my 2007 Town & Country van.\r Mike the tech also found a leak in my transmission. They told\r me about it and fixed it. Covered with warranty! I feel taken \r care of and safe. I have MS and am in a wheelchair so having a well running van is very important. Also my tires were rotated. Zach kept me\r updated the whole time. We have a new Dodge truck store in town. I am writing this because I am happy to see that the new Kirby Chysler Jeep Dodge is in Simi Valley. The Simi Valley area has been without a dependable car dealer for almost 2 years. I went into to dealership and my salesman, Louie, was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me find the right RAM 1500 that I was looking for and made me a fantastic deal on it (much better than any of the other local competition), I even got 0% for interest for 60 months. What a deal :) They introduced me to Zach, my new service advisor and looks like we're going to have a great relationship down the line! more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS DEALER- DO YOUR RESEARCH! THEY HAVE TONS OF BAD REVIEWS!!! if I could give negative stars (instead of a one star rating) I would have!\r \r Traded in a vehicle on 8/22/10...by law (California Car Buyer's Protection Act 11709.4) the dealership has 21 days to pay it off..they took 55!! Even though we notified them NUMEROUS times of the situation and not only was NOTHING done- but no one ever returned any calls!!..This caused me to have to make an additional payment on a car I was no longer in possession of so as to avoid a delinquent payment and lowered credit score...All the while the interest was accruing on the loan making the payoff higher than I had stated upon trade in (an amount which I verified with the bank to assure accuracy)..dealership refuses to refund my $450!! We have made MULTIPLE calls, and have not gotten a single call back (oh wait- I did get one call back from the finance manager basically telling me it's not his problem and more

I felt very comfortable from the very first time when I purchased my Jeep from the dealership.
