I received service from Sierra thru my warranty with AHS. The reviews on here scared me, but I ended up having a very positive experience. The woman who called me to schedule my appt was very courteous and seemed knowledable about what she thought might be wrong with my A/C. The technician arrived prompty the following morning. He was professional, kind, and thorough in assessing what was wrong. more
