Stongly agree with the negative posts on this company. \r \r Waiting now over a week for a furnace repair - during the coldest part of the Winter this year - and they can't even tell me how the new part was shipped and a good estimate as to when it will arrive.\r \r They have a complete lack of urgency to check on the part - they'll call when it is in..... more
