I agree with all the negative posts on this company. I had the great misfortune of dealing with them.

Very Disappointed in Customer Service 6/20/2011

I have never experienced such poor customer service. While the technician that visited my home was very friendly and knowledgeable, dealing with this company has been extremely difficult. On three different occasions I was given an appointment window but no one showed up or called within that time frame. Having to arrange work and other plans for nothing is extremely frustrating and let's not mention the fact that I still don't have a/c service yet. Although the technician was great, I would NOT recommend this company unless you can afford to be at home every day while you hope a technician shows up. more
