As a family of 5, we have a very busy schedule. This is why we make appointments and fit into our already hectic schedules. It seems every time we come for our appts. we have to wait an extended time....It is getting very frustrating, when we have to try to adjust the rest of the days activities and call around to get rides to/from school activities for the children. If the doctor is running late with his schedule, it would be very helpful to receive a phone call, so we can use the extra 30 - 45 mins for our own family instead of sitting in your office.
