Very unsatisfied the last 2 visits. Had an appointment to get my cavities filled but the dentist had to leave and nobody called or told me I wasnt getting my fillings until ater the x-rays and cleaning was done. Then I got a call telling me I owed a significant payment before anything could be done. First off i have insurance, why is my copayment rediculous. Instead of billing me first then charging the insurance company, do a resonable copay and then bill me the balance after the insurance kicks in. Dont make me pay it all and then credit my account. I need my money not you. Looking at finding a different dentist at the moment. Sick of the BS, and not being talked to like a human being.
