Appointment 9/15/2011

My recent appointment required two different proceedures including an extraction. I was very nervous but was put to ease once I arrived. The entire staff and Dr. Keever was very patient and kind. Thank you making my experience very tolerable and painless! more

Great Office Staff - Great Dental Experience 9/8/2011

Today was my first visit to Shoreline Dental. Everything from the clean restroom to the comfortable couch to the GREAT office staff made this visit so easy. I have never in my entire life (57 years) had such a thorough dental examination. The technician and the doctors are great. Friendly, calm. Explains what the are going to be doing and why. I was treated like I was the only patient they had! Dr. Keever even came in the exam room and introduced himself to me, and he was not the dentist I was scheduled to see. I can't stop telling my relatives and friends how wonderful this dental office is! Keep up the good work. I can't wait until I need to go back. more

Friendly Staff, quick and painless 9/7/2011

I stopped in for my usual cleaning, and they found a small cavity. Dr. Keever was able to fix it up that day, so I didn't have to come in on a separate day. I appreciated the extra effort from the staff. more

Good experience being there. Horrible service towards pain. I feel as though I need to pull teeth just to get some painkillers and I do not appreciate that at all! more

Changing appt meaning. 8/17/2011

I recently came in for a visit and come to find out since I cancelled my cleaning 2 months ago, they decided to cancel my fillings and do the cleaning instead. Very frustrating when you work full time and go to school full time. Its not their choice to change the meaning of the appt. Very unhappy. more

I can always count on the experience to be a good one. LOVE the new chair with the message in it. Didn't have any discomfort after the work and was able to come home and paint the bathroom plus more!!!! THANKS more

Super friendly staff upon entry to departure. Mandy is great, very knowledgable, personable, and professional. She quickly identified a problem and Dr. Keever's wise approach demonstrated why he has been so successful and well liked for so many years in this area. It was great to see so many people in this office working as a team to ensure a great customer and patient oriented experience. Thank you!!!! more

Root Scaling 7/29/2011

I'm not sure how pleasent a root scaling can actually be, but my experience so far has been exceptional. My hygienist is personable, professional, and gentle. With the dental work I have yet to complete, this excellent rating may change - lol. As of today, after my third visit, I can honestly say that I will never schedule a dental appointment anywhere but at Shoreline Dental. more
