Seraphim Skin Care

I and my girl friend went in to get facials that we purchased through groupon recently. Appointment was made with very little difficulty. We arrived just 5 minutes before the appointment time and after a brief paperwork, we were led to a room which was actually two rooms which open into each other. Everything was good until this point. The estheticians were so distracted and kept waving and signaling each other (i and my friend could feel them signaling) which did not make for the relaxing experience at all. Very mechanically done, there was no skin analysis or extractions in this facial. The whole treatment took only 40 minutes to complete which should have at-least lasted 50minutes!!! Each of us left with disappointment, but we tipped generously! It is a nice botique spa but lacks estheticians with professional ethics. Will not return or recommend. more

If I could I would give them a lower rating. Today I took a left of faith in going to a ""spa"" in which I was existed in going to. My boss and I called on the 20th to make sure our reservations where set and to make sure we read the details on our voucher correctly. Today when we came in we received a facial. In the process of receiving our facials both ladies performing the facials where distracted talking to each other instead of focusing on the task at hand. When the facial was finished I was left feeling severely dissatisfied. When we questioned our voucher which said “facial and a massage"" both of the mature ladies in the spa abruptly got defensive accusatory and very unprofessional. Having been in the spa feel before this was not the way I would have expected to be treated I would never go back and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. And if someone ask yes I am a very good tipper usually but and this case no we didn’t tip that is how unsatisfied we both were. And I got a chem. Peel without them asking. more

This is a small, intimate little spa located in the heart of buckhead. My husband and I played hooky one day and I treated him to a spa day all I have to say it LOVE IT. Everyone on this staff from the owner to her employees are professional, sweet, attention to detail and the spa is gorgeous. I really had a blast and I will definitely go back as a matter of fact I have already booked us another day. more

If you want to get compliments on your skin, you must try this small salon in the middle of Buckhead. The owner, Lil Dyer Cobbs, has a way of making everyone feel beautiful -- as well as making one more so! Self-developed and medically sponsored products does WONDERS for all sorts of skin types and colors. You've got to try this place to believe it! The products in this place are amazing!!! They are medical products and they have totally changed my skin! People can't believe how beautiful my skin looks. These folks know what they are doing. Also, reasonably priced. Pros: Easy parking, quiet, candle lights. Cons: A little hard to find cause it's in a row of townhouses. Keep looking. you'll find it. more
