Sentry Recovery & Collections

This company has been harassing me for at least 2 1/2 years. The person they are looking for apparently used to have my CELL number. They ASSURE me EVERY time that they will NOT call this number again. They have left urgent voicemails asking for return calls. Most recently, I've had two calls within 3 business days. They actually had the NERVE to hang up on me saying I was harassing them!!! Rude and unprofessional is a complete understatement. This company is a joke. They can't even understand, after years of my explaining, that THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I'm not sure how many times my number ""has been removed from their system"" and ""flagged to never call again"", but that hasn't stopped their relentless harassment. If they can't so much as remove a number from their system after promising that it HAS BEEN REMOVED, I definitely wouldn't trust them with ANY business account. BEWARE!!! My next stop? The BBB. more

I am reporting this RON ALLEN Goof for false statements and the debit I was paying off was for $300. My account was charged $600 and I still have yet to receive a refund. I contacted Ron the same day i noticed my account was over drawn. He tells me that he will refund the money when he feels like it!!! I thought he was joking and I said are u kidding he says now you know what it feels like when someone owes you money!! He hung up on me and he will not return my phone calls. I am not sure what to do now because my bank will only reverse the $600 and i am back to owing $300. This is a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!! more

ron was very kind and sympathetic to my problem he offered verbal halp he was not harsh nor abusive he did not make me feel like he was comming with the dogs to drag me threw the street for all to see, that a creditor was after me. i felt like i was talking to a human who too had feelings. and i thank the good spirits who allow someone who has to do this type of work the kindness to make a person who is in a rotten positon of trying to prove they are not at fault for being there. comfort instead of a hammer to nail the cofin. thank you mr. allen for your kindness to me Pros: no one likes tobe in collections Cons: not being able to do something to resolve it is a con i gues more
