Review content:
ron was very kind and sympathetic to my problem he offered verbal halp he was not harsh nor abusive he did not make me feel like he was comming with the dogs to drag me threw the street for all to see, that a creditor was after me. i felt like i was talking to a human who too had feelings. and i thank the good spirits who allow someone who has to do this type of work the kindness to make a person who is in a rotten positon of trying to prove they are not at fault for being there. comfort instead of a hammer to nail the cofin. thank you mr. allen for your kindness to me
Pros: no one likes tobe in collections
Cons: not being able to do something to resolve it is a con i gues
