Sensible Dental

I came in to get a cleaning and to have a front tooth buffed down a little. The hygientist was great, the staff treated me like they new me, and after Dr. Lin was done with my two front teeth I couldn't believe it. I've been insecure about that one tooth for years and all it took was 5 mins and it was fixed. They were also in network with my insurance, noone else in this area is. Really appreciated it guys more

Dr. Lin and his assistant Tracy where very kind and understanding. They walked me through the visit and were very knowledgeable. Sarah addressed any unansered questions when presenting my treatment plan, and the hygeinist gave me a very gentle and thorough cleaning. Best prices and staff in town, very highly recommended place! more

I relly liked Dr. Zander Lin. He filed my teeth and made them look so much better. The cleaning was quick and gentle. I was really happy they offered Care Credit. What a great idea and option. Also, I really enjoyed that nobody had cigarette fingers like my last dentist. I would have not gone there if it had not been for the direct mail with new patient free exams. A+ more

I really liked the whole set-up of the office. Dr. Lin was awesome, he is very knowageble and has great bed side manners. He was easy and gentlte. The staff has a lot of improvement needed. When I returned for checkups, both times they did not know what I was there for. Thank God Dr Lin did. more

Overall experience was good. Nurse was a little rude and rough. My daughter actually went the day after me and the same Nurse (or whatever you want to call her) was rude to my daughter as well. She even told my daughter she was making herself sick. I think if you want business to keep growing, she either needs to get some manners or you need to hire someone else. Love the dentist Dr Lin, he was awesome and nice as could be. more

I scheduled my appointment to get my teeth cleaned and possible filling. Once I arrived to my appointment there was alittle confusion between the two ladies working the front desk but I ignored it and sat down and waited to be called. I glanced up (because the chair is directly against the receptionist desk and noticed the lady behind the desk mention something to the hygienist, but once again I ignored the situation although it pertained to my visit. Once my name was called I entered the door and the lady at the desk asked for my payment to get my teeth clean, being caught off guard I paid and relized that she did not include a charge for my filing. I brought up the fact that I never paid for a service before I had the work done. In other words I will have my filing completed at another dentist office. more

So I wasn't going to leave a comment. So many times people only respond when they have a gripe to air. So many people are impossible to make happy. And sure wish my bill had been less. Wish my taxes, insurance, car payments, and hey, can I buy a top of the line car I really want based on my income? The staff was professional, even though they were very busy and pulled in different directions each person stopped what they were doing to make sure my needs and wants were met. Great Job Sensible Dental and btw sensibly priced. . . I did check around before getting my treatment plan started. I'm being Anonymous because only unhappy people need to be named. I was treated very well by all whom I came in contact with, in the front reception and back in the dentist chair. And you corrected the misspell of my name... I do wish it would have been cheaper (of course) but now-I have a healthy hole in my mouth instead of that nasty ol' bita tooth from 11 years ago. The color of the new tooth is perfect BTW. thanks for making me not keep hating the dentist-and the drill wasn't too noisy :) When I rack up another huge sum of cash-I'll be back to get those other teeth filled but I'll probably live with the gaping hole where my molar was until I win the lottery :) Diana more

had dreaded going to dentist for years..chose Sensible Dental from a flyer in the mail..am very happy that I did..satisfied completly with first visit, next appointment is on Oct. 6th, not dreading it...lol more

I went in for a cleaning and the free assesment. I was also having pain in the back left bottom teeth. The young lady doing the xrays was awesome. The doc came in and said he would work on a plan. Then this other lady came in and gave me this plan for over 6000.00 which started with a extensive cleaning before even addressing my pain.I asked the lady whom I thought was rude about my cleaning in which I was to pay. She told me it would do me no good since it was just a polish. I do not know why it is advertised as a cleaning, and pretty much told me by. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! more

I had 3 fillings and a wisdome tooth extraction. All went well and now it's a few days after and the tooth that was hurting doesn't bother me anymore and the tooth I had pulled hasn't bothered me one bit! more

I was very impress with the visit I had. They where quick about the getting in and out but with great work being done. And the customer service was very great more

Feeling fine with a couple of advil very now and then. Slep without the advil. The tooth is a little rough and sharp but not of any real consequence at this time. See you again in October. Leora White; satisfied new patient. more

I was a little disappointed, with this visit. for a few reasons. 1. I asked for a better deal, since I dont have dental insurance or a dental plan. and i'm not employed anywhere. and so, being "somewhat poor" I should have been given a special deal, due to my "no income" status. 2. I asked for, and did not get, a simple Temporary filling, which I really need, on one tooth, that has a super large hole in it. and a temp. filling is NOT difficult or expensive to do, and so, why did I not get it for free,...since I paid FULL PRICE for my other "resin" filling??!! 3. Some dentists will give the patient, some free toothbrushes and/or toothpaste, after the visit is over. but, your office does not do that? why? since i'm paying full price,...don't i deserve some sort of "patient gift" to make me feel better about the visit and me paying full price??!! (this would make for better "patient PR relations" , i think. 4. I asked the dentist to SHAPE my new tooth, as i liked, but he did not do it as i asked. and now i have a large GROOVE in that tooth. and will it still be STRONG enough for chewing, with that huge groove in it? 5. I had some HIGH POINTS on my new filling-tooth, that I had to smooth, myself. Why did not the dentist, smooth or polish, my tooth correctly? more

I appreciated the fact that we could get an appointment immediately. The office staff were great, very friendly and professional. I wish the dental hygienist would have been more friendly with my daughter when educating her on how to take care of her teeth. The dentist was awesome, could not have been more professional and friendly. We will return. more
