Sensible Dental

Went in as a new patient and had a great checkup and cleaning. The hygenist was very nice and patient, and the Dentist was great too. Also nice and friendly. I'll be going back for future visits. It is also great that there is a dentist were I work, that makes being a patient much easier, especially if I need to change an apointment. more

Dr. Steiner and staff went out of their way to provide me 5 star care. Cannot say enough good things about her and her treatment options that were presented to me. All of my questions were answered and addressed in a friendly and professional manner. Thanks! more

It's been a while since my last dental visit. Years!! I know. Things have certainly changed, but I must say my experience at Sensible Dental was (as dental visits go) pleasant. The fact that they're open on Fridays and Saturdays is a major plus. I've dropped my regular dentist for just the fact that I have 3 day weekends and he doesn't work Friday's, much less Saturday's. The staff at SD were all very friendly. They x-rayed, examined, and then gave me a full assesment of my condition. I had my teeth cleaned, then a tooth repaired by Dr. Lin. I only experienced a little discomfort after the local wore off and felt so good that I went home afterwards and mowed grass. Dr. Lin works very fast and had a lot of patients there, but I didn't get the feeling that I was another calf at the slaughter. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions. Great doctor!! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the small office. There's a lot of people working in an area about the size of my storage shed, but they manage it extremely well. Watching Wal Mart customers at the checkout while in the waiting room was very entertaining. I just know that as they gain more and more patients that a larger building is in order. No matter. I'll follow Sensible Dental wherever they go. Great job guys!!! more

Being customer service oriented, it is important to me the service I receive when I patronize a business as well. We make a CHOICE as to where we will conduct our business.I am 100% satisfied with my choice of Sensible Dental for my dental needs. The staff is proficient and courtesy and the Dentist was very comforting and knowledgeable. I have found my dentist! more

I was very suprised how friendly and helpful the staff was. I went in for pain and was referred to an oral surgeon but I will be returning after I get my wisdom teeth out for cleaning. more

I called and made an appointment. At that time I told them I had a filling fall out. They did all my xrays and determined a crown was needed. But I would have to come back another day to get it fixed because they didn't schedule enough time for my appt. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The time management could have been better. more

I had a Perfect experience, everyone was very courteous. The hygienist was very careful and there was no pain. I was given a care plan to help me receive the care my teeth need. I have only good things to say about this company. more

I went to your clinic because I broke a tooth and my regular dentist was out of town. I was pleased with the reception I received and very pleased with the dental treatment. She was thorough and the best dentist ever! I have had crowns before - but this was not as stressful and I think she was more knowledgeable and proficient than any dentist I have ever seen. My last dentist walked off while filling a tooth and then came back to finish. I can tell this would never happen at this clinic. more
