Seminole Casino Coconut Creek

I went here with my husband while visiting the Coconut Creek Casino. It had a decent menu and prices seemed to be fair. we were seated in a booth in back of restaurant . Mind you there were only a handful of customers and in our section were only one other table being served. We looked at our menu and made our dinner choices. Durning tat time no one came over to greet us and offer us a drink. We looked around saw no one from the waitstaff come over to our table. There was on waiter tending to the other table in our section but neglected to acknowledge our table. We waited 20 minutes and decided to leave the establishment. As we walked past te hostess area, no one even noticed or acknowledged us leaving. We ended eating in a different restaurant on the other side of casino that was delightful. Never again at Sorrisi! Until they learn customer service! more

went there 11/23/11. Lunch for two adults and two children $48. They charge children $12. There were sandwiches, salads. Bacon, scrambled eggs, burnt hash browns,greasy sausages. Stuffed peppers, talapia,'pork' stew never saw the pork..all in red suace gravy...terrible. $48 for lunch was not worth it. Food service worst ever. No one seems to be in charge when you enter the restaurant. Never go back there. more

Worst staff/ treatment I've ever witnessed at a casino. I waited to play poker for 45 mins to have a regular customer get bumped up ahead of my name on the list right before I was supposed to be called to the table. I talked to the guy behind the desk who denied it, took the money I was playing with, and walked out of the casino. If you care about service and not being treated like dog on the side of the street I suggest not going to this casino. more

A couple of years ago this casino was fun to go to. You could play for hours and maybe end of losing a little or break even. Once in awhile even win something decent. I was an elite club holder. Then all of a sudden in the last year or so they have gotten greedy and the machines are very tight. Within an hour I've lost $200.00 playing 2 cent machines. Never win anything anymore. The bonus rounds don't even pop up until youv'e sunk in about $100.00. Then when you do get one they are very small and I've even gotten ""0"" yes thats right zero on a bonus a few times. Now I'm a platinum player because they took everything I had and when they see you aren't giving them as much they put you down not looking at what you had given them prior. It's a NO WIN situation there anymore. They suck you in and once they got you they take everything you got. Will not be going there ever again and alot of people I met there say the same thing. Too bad they don't care about the people. I can't say one thing nice about that place anymore I just wish I had opened my eyes up a little sooner. more

I think its hilarious reading about this Casino from delirious and obviously lying idiots. The claim that someone had to park 1/2 of a mile away is absurd at best, this is probably one of these simpletons who think that there is only one parking lot here and went and parked at the office complex a block away. Fact of the matter is there are over 1900 parking spaces here between two lots. The courtesy "shuttle" is a golf cart being driven by a Security Guard, whos job is to make sure degenerates aren't breaking into your car while you sit inside and play, they will however stop if you make yourself known and SPEAK UP. Then going and crying that they didn't make it on time for the birthday drawing because they didn't get their on time.. guess what.. everyone follows the same rules or else they wouldnt be rules! 2 minutes late is no different than 2 hours late! The whole point of the birthday drawing is that you BE THERE when they call your birthday, duh! I love this casino and come more

I was at the Seminole Casino at Coconut Creek on September 27, 2010 for the birthday promotion. This promotion was supposed to give every player a piece of the $10,000 when their birthday was called – “or so they advertised”. I arrived and the parking lot was full and I had to park about 1/2 of a mile away and walk. The courtesy shuttle was uselessly driving around empty and wouldn’t stop to give me a ride. I arrived at 5:05 and found they had called my birthday (the 25th) at 5 pm. I tried to claim my prize. They said sorry you’re too late because I hadn’t gotten there within 3 minutes after 5:00. I told them the courtesy shuttle was uselessly driving around the parking lot empty while I had to walk 1/2 of a mile to get there. They said – Then YOU should have gotten here sooner"". I also mentioned that I had spent THOUSANDS of dollars there and the least they could do it go ahead and honor their promotion and they responded by saying – THAT DOESN’T MATTER!!! And according to the Gaming Laws they aren’t allowed issue prizes to anyone who shows up after the 3 minutes after the time the birthday was called. I know for a fact that the Seminole's make their own laws and have clemency to break them anytime they want to. They do not care if you lose all of your money - they are in the business to steal all of it and they don’t care if you have a miserable birthday because of them. The machines are so tight the free play probably wouldn’t have cashed out anything anyway. (So why am I wasting my time telling you this) – So you won’t waste your time or money either.\r \r On a second note, I have been told by employees that they have drugs ventilated into the air through their ventilation system. This is against their alleged Gaming Laws too. You can smell it when you come in. After you leave you can smell it all over your clothes, hair and everything you carried with you. i swiped my card to withdraw money in there and cash dispense spun for about 5 minutes but no money came out. Checked my bank account money was withdrawn 2 times. i spoke to the people in charge of it ..retarded... as she had no idea who her boss or mgt was neither corporate information..they refused to provided names but displayed a badge around her neck ...as Carlos Mencia said ""Dee Dee Dee"".. After agruing with the loser i called for the manager in charge that day and was basically greeted with arrogance, sarcasm and was given a middle finger to sum up the events. walked out on my conversation...i asked for the cameras to roll but was denied unitl today I am still without my funds.....THEY DONT CARE THEY ARE THEIVES..AND THERE I THOUGHT THE SLOT MACHINES WERE BAD.... I was so happy when they opened this casino. I no longer had to travel to do some gambling. Right around the corner and the slots are loose on the weekends as well. Do I always win, no, but I feel like I have a good chance. Ventilation is pretty good as well. more

Definitely try the Sunday Brunch buffet. It is absolutely wonderful. Anything that you could possibly want to eat is served. If they are running a special, it's a great deal. But even if they aren't, it is worth every penny that you spend. Try it, I promise you will go back. more

I really do love this place but I was shocked to see that did not offer poker games!! In my opinion thats the best part of casinos because I love playing poker but other then that it's still lots of fun. They have tons of slot machines, monopoly, wheel of fortune, even my personal favorite "little green men"! Last time I went I won $40, its lots of fun and you have a chance to win big too!! more

this casino is pretty fun.. you can go in and bet as much as you like and enjoy yourself. sometimes they have concerts there with some pretty big names. Just make sure you come prepared to spend some MONEY more
