air duct cleaning 2/9/2017

they did a good job but mainly they discovered the source of the dust problem was not the air ducts but the clothes dryer. they cleaned every thing then properly connected the exhaust hose to the dryer and gave us good advice on how to minimize this problem in the future, they were very friendly and professional through out the cleaning effort, more

Sears Carpet and Tile Cleaning 2/5/2017

Did a great job, came on time and did what they were suppose to do. The carpet was a real mess and they got all of the spots out of it. Discovered the grout on the entry tile was actually white after he cleaned it, I had thought it was brown up till then. Very satisfied. more

Best carpet cleaning job I've had in 10+ years. Shawn was courteous, very detailed and completely efficient in doing the work. I watched him every step of the way. The carpet looks great. On top of that he did not bore in to try to sell me something I didn't want. And to my liking, I was not surprised when he presented the bill which was exactly as originally quoted more

Disappointed 1/5/2017

The team was fine. The results are less than stellar. I had tile/grout cleaned. The cleaning of the grout id inconsistent. Some grout lines are cleaner than other.The installation is only 7 months old.When compared to areas that did not need cleaning it's not even close. I'm very disappointed. more

called 24 hours in advance of arrival Technicians were courteous and friendly. They arrived on time and began work immediately. answered all my questions to my satisfaction I noticed an immediate improvement in the air output and air quality after the process was completed. I am very satisfied with the results and have already recommended the service to several of my friends. more
