We were very pleased with our carpet cleaning. Anthony was courteous and efficient. Maribel was also very courteous, and actually is one of the reasons I kept the appointment. I had in mind to cancel (due to some unrelated issues), but Maribel was so nice and helpful, I decided to keep the appointment. And I am so glad I did! more

Carpet Upholstery 7/7/2017

Josue was very professional and did an excellent job on my carpet, carpet had dark spots and when he finished all of the spots were gone, I thought I might have to buy new carpet, however, when Josue finished cleaning, the carpet looked brand new again. I was very impressed with his service and will be using him again. more

Great carpet Cleaning Service In The Houston, TX area 7/6/2017

I have used the sears carpet cleaning services fro a little over 4 years and found them to prompt on there arrival times. The cleaning services has removed some pretty tough stains and the deodorization applications are wonderful as well. I would recommend them to anyone. more

This was a great experience. I made an online appt. to have my carpets cleaned. The were so quick to call and set up the appt. and give me my price. Day of service they called to let me know they were on their way. Showed up on time and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. I would give them 5 stars on customer service. more

Have used Sears to clean my carpet for several years and they always do a great job. The young man was courteous and on time. I appreciated the customer service rep giving me a discount that I did not see when I made the reservation. I recommend Sears to anyone that ask my opinion about what company does a great job cleaning your carpet! more
