What I liked about the guys over at Schomburg Heating & Cooling is that they went out of their way to get the job done for me. They actually came out on a holiday to make sure the job got done properly which I really appreciated. They did a really great job and provided quick and efficient service. I could not be happier with them and will definitely be recommending them to my friends! more

Very helpful, answered my questions 1/17/2017

I really like the people over at Schomburg Heating & Cooling because they are very helpful. They were very knowledgeable and they answered every question that I had which was cool. I liked that even though I had a lot of questions, they always answered cheerfully and did not seem irritated. Everything else was just so smooth and easy that I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new unit. more

Honest and helpful. 1/3/2017

This was actually the first time we have used Schomburg Heating & Cooling but have known about them for years. Our refrigerator is old and when it went out, we needed someone we knew we could trust and would give an honest estimate. Their technician got to us quickly and did all that he could to fix everything. He was very thorough and was able to determine that there were, in fact, a lot of repairs needed and it would be very expensive. Needless to say, it was cheaper just to purchase a new one. We really appreciate their honesty and absolutely recommend them! more

Installed a new package unit on rental house 12/27/2016

Had to change out the existing "package" heating and cooling unit on our rental house. Checked with several people and had heard good stuff about Schomburg. Decided to go with them and it was a great choice. The change-out went smoothly and technician Justin certainly knows his stuff. Was very pleased. Had a situation come up with the new unit; called for service and they were right out, even at the end of the day. I'd highly recommend this company. more

A Trustworthy Company 12/19/2016

For about 3-4 years we have been using Schomburg Heating & Cooling. The first time we ever used them it was for repairs on our air conditioning unit and furnace and we had such a good experience with the company that when it was time for a new installation we decided to call them first. Schomburg Heating & Cooling's staff are very professional. The technician that comes out to my home is very friendly and knowledgeable. We have their business cards on hand for we are always referring them to other people. more

Prompt, Fixed right. 12/15/2016

I have no complaints with the people over at Schomburg Heating & Cooling. They were very prompt in answering my call and getting someone out to my home. The guy that they sent out was very professional and he definitely knew what he was doing. He got it all fixed on the first try which was great. I have had no problems with my unit since so I would deem it a success. I will definitely be recommending these guys to my friends. more

Schomburg Heating & Cooling are pretty prompt about being able to come and do thing when I need them done. They are also very helpful, they will explain things to me if need be and their technicians are just wonderful, they seem to be very knowledgeable. I'm just very satisfied with their services. more

We had to reschedule our first appointment after the technician never showed up. But when we rescheduled they apologized for the miscommunication and scheduled our appointment for the next day possible. As always, great service! more

Was very impressed with not only the prompt service but the technician went out of his way to educate me on how to maintain our heat pump. Also let me know that a prior repair company had 'misinformed' both us and our warranty company in replacing it several years ago. more

Small jobs, big results 10/18/2016

I have had the guys over at Schomburg Heating & Cooling come out twice for relatively small jobs and both times they have been great. The first time the fridge quit working and the second time I had a fan that had stopped. Neither of these jobs were a big job and I was happy that they were quick to respond to my call despite the size of the job. The prices are good and the work they do is great so I am happy. more

Quick response time. 10/7/2016

The guys over at Schomburg Heating & Cooling really helped me out of a pickle recently. My air had gone out in the middle of a really hot day and these guys were able to answer my call in no time flat. They got someone out to my home and he was able to get my air back up and running at 100% in no time at all. The price was lower than I thought it would be so I am one happy camper. I would definitely call these guys again in the future if I have any further problems with my air. more

Schomburg Heating & Cooling came in and they do what they are supposed to get done in no time. I had some trouble the first night with it so I called them and they came and fixed the problem right away and we haven't had any problems with them afterwards. I think they are excellent company to work with and when they come out, they explain everything in great detail. They were excellent on everything. more
