My air-conditioner had stopped working, so I called Schomburg Heating and Cooling. They were here within forty-five minutes. They had my air-conditioner fixed and running. They did a great job. more

They were great 7/17/2014

It's never great when you have to put in a new A/C system but Schomburg Heating & Cooling made it an easy experience. They were very timely and accommodating and we appreciated that. They came out on a Sunday and replaced the system the next day. Also, we have a young son so it was great to have the temperature back under control and not have to worry. Thanks! more

Outstanding 7/2/2014

Greg runs a great business at Schomburg Heating & Cooling. I've been using them for just about a year now and they've kept my heating and air systems running perfectly. The prices are also really competitive and all of the technicians have been friendly and competent. They always patiently answer all of my questions and show up on time. I wouldn't use anyone else. more

Water Fountain Repair 4/24/2014

We have used Schomburg for at least 8 years and have never had any problems. The tech, Justin Ray, diagnosed the problem with the water fountain, order the parts and repaired in a timely matter. He was very courteous and arrived when he said he was going to. We will continue to use this company. more

Always a Great Experience 3/18/2014

We have used several heating and cooling companies over the years. It seemed that every winter and every summer we had a need for someone to come out and service our AC or Heat Pump. We finally called Schomburg Heating and Cooling and have used them ever since. Their communication is top notch and so is their quality of work. We have used them for simple services and also used them to install an entirely new heat pump. I highly recommend them to anyone. more

Overall positive experience, will use again going forward 3/18/2014

My experience with Schomburg Heating & Cooling was overall fairly decent although there were some hiccups along the way. Me & my wife had a furnace installed 7 years about and with it came a warranty regarding any service to be done in the future if needed be. We had the young man from the company come out and he realized that the motor for the furnance had got out on the coldest day of the year. He claimed to not have the part needed for the furnace initially in the shop but upon further searching he found it, along with some pushing and question asking regarding it from us. Great prices and friendly service. 3/13/2014

We called Schomburg Heating & Cooling to come out and fix our heater. We called other companies and their quotes were too expensive. Shomburg arrived in less than an hour. They were super friendly and had great prices. Our heater now works perfectly. We will definitely use them again. more

Positive experience 3/12/2014

I've been using Schomburg Heating & Cooling for the past couple of years with no complaints at all. They always arrive promptly whenever I call them and are very professional and polite. They do routine maintenance for my furnace and air conditioner and most recently fixed a pipe on my hot water heater. The prices are good and I really like the quality of the service. I'd strongly recommend them. more

All around great experience 2/28/2014

I had gone 15 years before running into any issues with my furnace whatsoever. It started making a racket so I called Schomburg Heating & Cooling to come take a look at it. The technician arrived earlier than we thought and he diagnosed the problem immediately. There were some things trapped in the motor and he was able to get my furnace back up and running smoothly. This was my first time using them and the price was very good. I'm pretty pleased with the service and would recommend them. more

Good experience 2/25/2014

Schomburg Heating & Cooling have come out a few times because they seem to know what they're doing and fix things right away. I can say they're prompt. I called them on Christmas Eve, they called back an hour later, and they were here in two hours. I thought it was kind of pricey but they did come out on Christmas Eve so, other than that, it's a good service. They're friendly and I can't complain! more

We were very satisfied. 11/20/2013

We were having trouble with our furnace and it seemed like no one could figure out what the trouble was. This man from Schomburg Heating & Cooling came up and fixed it and we haven't had any trouble since. He was very nice. This was our first experience with Schomburg. We have an oil furnace and not too many people know how to work on those anymore. I would recommend Schomburg based on the experience that we had with them. more

I was satisfied. 11/6/2013

Overall, my experience with Schomburg Heating & Cooling was very good. I thought $136 was a little bit steep, but what can they do. They were repairing the ice maker. They didn't have to put any new parts in or anything, but it was frozen up and had to thaw out and he was here for a good hour, so I understand. The gentleman was very pleasant and very nice. I just picked them out of the phone book. They were very prompt when they came out. The next day my dispenser wouldn't work, so I called them and they came right out and pushed a button or something and it started working again. more

Friendly and prompt! 10/8/2013

Schomburg Heating & Cooling repaired an outdoor unit. They were very prompt in getting back to us and very prompt in getting here. They had to order a part and they had it the next day and installed it. It was a really, really nice person that came out to the house. Our experience was really pretty incredible overall. One of the most notable things was that they were here when they said they would be, and they didn't give big, long time blocks either. He said he would be here at nine and he was here at nine. more

Quick, courteous, and professional. 10/4/2013

Schomburg Heating & Cooling came out, were very prompt, on the same day that I called. The serviceman diagnosed the problem, or so he thought, and ordered the part. The part ended up being the wrong one, which was a little frustrating, and the actual part needed was very expensive. I had done some troubleshooting myself, but serviceman didn't really listen to what I had to say. Despite that, he was a very nice. I would recommend Schomburg due to the fact that they were so quick to respond and it was very appreciated. more

I have been satisfied with their service for several years. 9/4/2013

We have been on a contract with Schomburg Heating & Cooling for several years. They come twice a year and service our air conditioning unit and furnace. I have had complete satisfaction with them, as did my husband, or naturally we wouldn't have maintained the service with them. We are approximately 40 miles south of St. Joe, where they're out of, and with all the choices around, including here in town, we picked them because of their reputation. Schomburg is the only one we have ever maintained a contract with. We're just very satisfied with the service. Their employees are very personable, which helps. You open the door and somebody's standing there with a smile on his face. I have had several different servicemen here. It's not always the same one, of course. The son has been here several times. So we've had numerous different servicemen and all the ones I have done business with have done a good job. more
