Schomburg Heating & Cooling have come out a few times because they seem to know what they're doing and fix things right away. I can say they're prompt. I called them on Christmas Eve, they called back an hour later, and they were here in two hours. I thought it was kind of pricey but they did come out on Christmas Eve so, other than that, it's a good service. They're friendly and I can't complain!
