oanna delivered my new Kia Optima. She was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all of my questions. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and genuinely seemed to work hard to help me get what I wanted. They physically did not have the car I wanted and Akira spent hours on the phone trying to track one down for me. I have to say the entire experience was fantastic.\r \r And oh yeah....I LOVE THE CAR! more

My experience was very pleasant. Joe was very helpful and informative about the vehicles we were looking at. We didn't feel rushed or pressured by Joe at anytime, which was a relief. If we asked for some time to discuss in private, Joe was more than happy to give us all the time we needed. He was so easy to get along with that my wife and I really enjoyed talking with him. This has never happened with any salesperson before. He explained all the features on the vehicle with great enthusiasm and told us that if we ever had any questions to please call and he would be happy to help.\r more

My family and I had been shopping around for a car for over a week, an exhausting task with all the financial and technical considerations involved. Kia made a difference when John K said ""take the car home and see if it fits in the garage"", meaning ""see how it fits in your life"". As this is a free country, and a very good one, we have many options. Your car had strong competitors, but somehow our perception was that at Kia we got more car for our buck.\r Raquel was very knowledgeable and honest, we could immediately fell that. Most other salespersons are honest, but you still feel that they want to sell you a car. Not with Raquel, since our perception was that she cared for our needs, and she would only sell us a car if it would fit out needs and wants and likes. more

We were very hesitant to come to Kia. Our last experience was awful we came in and the salesman knew nothing about the vehicle or Kia product line. Stan changed all of this for us. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He knew exactly what I was looking for and I test drove 3 vehicles. He pointed out all the features and answered our questions. He was the best salesman I have had the pleasure to deal with. more

My car was acting weird on my way to work and I called and Manny said bring it in and it died right in front of the service desk. Manny took great care of me and once they found out I would be without a car for 4 days they got me a loaner and Manny was awesome through this whole ordeal. more

THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. THE STAFF AT THE DEALERSHIP IS AWESOME. THIS WAS THE 2ND KIA CAR I BOUGHT THERE AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BUY A CAR THERE. I came in to look at the Kia Soul, not intending to buy that day. Stan and Dwight worked with me to get what I wanted and found the car I wanted that day. And I walked out with a car! They were both very helpful. And the other sales people working assured me I made the right choice. My only complaint is that when first arriving into the dealership, Stan approached me and then multiple others did and there seemed to be a fight going on about who was to going to get the sale, making it extremely awkward. But, no complaints about Stan or Dwight. They were great! more

It was a god experience for the most part. \r Disappointed with finance person Teddy. Purchased extended warranty. Decided to cancel. Teddy indicated we would be credited the $999 on our loan. He didn't want to re-write the whole deal. Checked with bank and we have not yet received the credit. Teddy indicated that he would check on the credit and call us. He has not called as of today. He indicated on Monday, November 4th, that the woman who takes care of that called in sick (not sure I believe this) and he would call on Tuesday night (November 5). We did not here from him. He will here from me today. $999 is a lot of money. \r Makes you wonder if we will receive credit and would we have received credit if I had not checked. I canceled the warranty the next business day after the purchase. We were assured we would receive the credit if we decided to cancel.\r Passenger seat is too low. I didn't know the car did not have a spare tire. more

I had gone in thinking that I would get a good deal but it turns out they they had cheated me. Pros: Help with bad credit, prices a bit lower Cons: the dealership is as cheap as the price. the place stunk and they cheat. more

BAD! EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE! 3/22/2006

Took my car in for a RECALL not long ago and thought while im out there Ill get an oil change as well. Instead, they gave me a full service and charged me over $200 without notifying me. And when I asked to speak to a manager, they CALLED back and ARGUED with me and tried to convince me that they have the best service aroundWhy would I ask for a service for over $200 that I dont need and know I can get the same service for less than $50 somewhere else? They explained to me that the full service included computer operated alignment and charged me almost $100 for labor.. If its computer operated, doesnt that mean less labor? So, if you are thinking about taking your car there for a service, DONT!! I hope my EXPENSIVE experience can save you a trip! more
